We gather the essentials
A short form gives us the property's name, contact details and address, plus who will administer it. No public content: just the data needed to set the website up.
We create your website
It goes live at name.dimorasuite.com right away thanks to a wildcard address that is already in place: no DNS to configure, no waiting. Add a custom domain whenever you like.
You complete it from the panel
You get the link to your management panel. If you already have an Airbnb or Booking listing, paste the link and text, amenities and photos come in on their own: from there you correct rather than write from scratch. Then rates, policies and colours, with step-by-step guides, and Stripe payments on your own.
You publish and get paid
When it is ready, hit Publish. Guests book directly on your website and you pay zero commission to middlemen.
A model that grows with you
Start with one property and add more whenever you like: properties are independent, portals connect them. No duplicated data.
Single property
The base case: one website for one place to stay. Calendar, rates, multilingual content and direct payments, on your address.
Multi-property portal
A showcase that gathers several properties. Each one stays an independent website with its own address; the portal presents them together under a single brand.
Property with rooms
An apartment with rooms bookable individually and/or as a whole. Every room has its own calendar, rates and public page; the whole place and the rooms never overlap.
